Custom Designs

The minimum range for custom orders is usually 25-300 pieces, depending on the product. We are unable to accomodate individual custom requests at this time.  If you are looking for a multiple piece custom order then please contact us using the "wholesale" page.  We have designers and product specialist that can help you with your vision.  

Wholesale, Event and Volume Orders

All iKandi Shop items are available for larger volume and wholesale orders.  If you are a retailer looking to place a wholesale order or looking to place an order of more than $150, then please go to the "wholesale" page from the home menu to contact us.  

Shipping, Returns and Other Issues

Shipping-  Shipping is always free.  There is no minimum purchase amount required.  Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship out of our Florida warehouse the same day.  If your order is placed after 2 pm, then it will ship out the next day.  Shipping times range from 1-5 days.  More accurate shipping ranges are listed for each individual product. 

Returns- Returns are easy.  Go to "contact us" to request a return shipping label.  All returns are accepted, but we do appreciate any feedback you can give us to improve the shopping experience.  You will receive a return label by email to send the item back.  Once the item is return you will receive a full refund (or exchange).
